for proton exchange membrane electrolysers

RECYCALYSE will disrupt the energy storage market through the development and manufacture of highly active sustainable oxygen evolution catalysts, and through a recycling scheme for membrane electrolysers catalysts, electrodes and overall system. This technology will help to reduce or eliminate use of critical raw materials, thus decreasing CO2 emissions and reducing costs.
Recycalyse
in figures
- MATERIALS: 90% of initial activity after accelerated stress test.
- FABRICATION: at least 50 g/h of catalyst production capacity
- DEMONSTRATION: > 60% efficiency proton exchange membrane electrolyser system operation
- CIRCULAR ECONOMY: 90% catalyst recycled / 75% recovery of Electrical & Electronic Equipment Waste
